Performing Arts and Entertainers Visas to United States



Artists or entertainers, individually or as a group, coming to the U.S. for the purpose of developing, interpreting, representing, coaching, or teaching a unique or traditional ethnic, folk, cultural, musical, theatrical, or artistic performance or presentation can apply for this visa.

Performing Arts and Entertainers Visas are mainly P-1, P-2, P-3 and P-4.

P-1 Visa: For internationally recognized performer to stay temporarily and perform.

P-2 Visa: For an artist or entertainer, individually or as part of a group, under a reciprocal exchange program between U.S. and India.

P-3 Visa: For an artist or entertainer, individually or as part of a group under a commercial or noncommercial program that is culturally unique to perform, teach or coach.

P-4 Visa: For a spouse/child of a P-1, P-2 or P-3 applicant.
